The citizens of countries outside the European Union need a VISA to study in the University of Economics - Varna . The student can apply for VISA after he/she has already had their documents received by the International Relations Office and has a confirmation that he/she has been approved for the subject wanted.

The documents needed to apply for VISA are the following:

1/ VISA Application form /from the Embassy/

2/ Certificate from the university that the candidate has been approved

3/ Certificate from the Ministry of Education that the candidate has been approved /given by the University/ 

4/ Declaration from the parents that they will take all charges for the education of their son/daughter abroad

The procedure of receiving the VISA takes about a month, but in some cases it may take more.
